Can you tell me what is the "Death of a friend" is about?
First of all, I like your name. My dad's name is Dan, and sometimes we call him Dan-o.
Secondly, my man Merritt wrote DoaF and it's not actually about somebody who died... it's actually a metaphor, explaining his sense of disillusionment when he grew up and realized that the politicians and other people he looked up to as a youngster weren't really so good as he thought they were.
Have you heard our last EP, Science of Love? What do you think? And keep an eye out - our new song Fine On My Own will be hitting the ground this spring, and I'm soooo stoked.
Thanks for writing!!
First off you guys were amazing in Chicago, we loved having you here and come back soon!!!
Now for the question: Do you guys have your lyrics up somewhere? I've been looking around for them, but I can't seem to find them. I also noticed you didn't have the lyrics with the CD's you were selling. You should consider throwing in a booklet with the lyrics when you get a full album out.
Other than that, keep being awesome!!!!
